Jeffery Carrier is the Vice President of Sales for CreditYES®. As a dealer partner, you’ll get complete access any day, any time. He knows the subprime market – from the sales end to the consumer end and is always available to give you personalized strategy to help close more deals.
Beginning as a sales associate at Kellum Nissan in 1985, Jeff cut his teeth in the automotive sales business early in life. He learned early in his career that by focusing on customer satisfaction and learning as much as he could about the cars he was selling would set him on a path to success.
A committed and knowledgeable seller, Jeff quickly began to climb the corporate ladder into various management roles. From floor sales Gresham Nissan Subaru, Jeff was promoted to Assistant Sales Manager at Vancouver Mazda Dodge, before becoming their Used Car Manager.
After some time at Vancouver Mazda Dodge, Jeff was then recruited by Metro Auto Wholesale – the Pacific Northwests Largest Subprime Superstore – as Sales Manager. After a successful run, he was then Promoted to GM before becoming a managing partner.
Not content for working for someone else, Jeff purchased Hood River Chrysler Jeep Dodge and became the dealer principle and managing partner at Metro Auto Wholesale.
One thing that remained constant was Jeff’s desire to break free of the stereotypical automotive sales professional.
During his tenure on the sales floor, Jeff became an early believer of subprime finance. Not just a tool to increase the number of cars sold, he saw an opportunity to truly help customers who otherwise wouldn’t likely be able to purchase a new car.
With years of real world experience within the Portland metro, Jeffery brings a breadth of experience to our CreditYES® dealer network partners. By leading with a “client first” approach and embracing the latest technology, Jeff is an invaluable resource for our dealers.
